For Cutting Power Costs, Increasing Energy Independence

  • Local communities, neighborhoods, & residential groups

  • Shared solar gardens, neighborhood installations

  • Increased access for underserved, overpriced communities

  • Subscription or shared ownership models

PlanitWorks as Developer

PlanitWorks will manage, either directly, or through subcontracts with our trusted partner network, project design, financing, permitting, community engagement and support, testing and delivery. Focused on smaller-sized community projects (up to 5MW) where the intent is to cut energy costs.

Generate Big Power & the Revenue That Comes With It

  • Large-scale projects that connect directly to the grid

  • Facilitate connections with utilities, developers, and grid operators

  • Integrate high-capacity solar farms into the regional infrastructure

  • Support utility and / or large end-user power requirements

PlanitWorks as Facilitator

PlanitWorks coordinates with utilities, regulators, and grid operators to enable large-scale project deployment, grid interconnection, and power purchase agreements. Focused on large-scale community projects (up to 200MW) designed to generate large amounts of energy that can be sold back to a utility or large end-user.

Case Study

A dairy farm with a modest 100-cow herd. The average energy consumption for this herd will range from 40,000 kWh – 70,000 kWh per year, so we’ll choose the average of 55,000 kWh. If we assume a utility charge of $.20/kWh, the dairy ends up with an annual electrical bill of $11,000.
